General Information

Webelos Activity Badge Day will give you and your Webelos Scouts a head start on earning outdoor activity badges.  In addition to working on activity badges your boys can enjoy Boy Scout Skill Stations that introduce some of the activities they will encounter in Boy Scouting.  Webelos Scouts should be able to complete most requirements for an activity badge in each session.  Leaders and packs will be responsible for certifying the completion of activity badges, turning in advancement reports to the council scout center, and supplying the advancement awards.

NOTE: Boy Scout Skill Stations and Webelos Activity Badge Workshop assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.  If there is not sufficient interest in a particular Boy Scout Skill Station or Webelos Activity Badge Workshops, that session may be cancelled and participants given a second choice.  Dens will receive assignments upon arrival.

COST$25 per boy early bird fee and $30 if received after the last early bird date (September 13, 2013).  This fee includes: program supplies and camp usage.  There is no adult fee.  Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another Webelos Scout.  Fee includes an embroidered event patch.

BRING: Completed Individual Health History form, Webelos Book, water bottle/canteen, note pad and pencil, appropriate clothing for the weather (including rain gear), sunscreen, and brown-bag lunch.  Optional items you may wish to bring include camera, day pack, extra shoes and socks. 

LUNCH: Two options for lunch are available: 1) bring a “brown bag” lunch, or 2) order pizza when registering and it will be delivered to Belzer by lunchtime.   Punch and water will be available for lunch beverage.
